Kindy Kaur

Transformational Bodywork Therapist & Teacher

In over 27 years of working with private clients and teaching healing bodywork, I have come to the conclusion that we are born with an innate capacity to heal ourselves – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual healing.

The healing process can also be a catalyst for profound awakening and a deeper connection with ourselves.  At some level many of us are seeking to connect to a purpose greater than our individual selves, to make a difference in the world and to have the health and vitality to fulfil our greatest potential. This is particularly poignant at this time in the history of our collective evolution and our planet. So many of us are awakening to the desire and compulsion to make a meaningful contribution in our world.

I truly believe that as individuals, families, communities and nations we have the capacity to learn to heal ourselves, and in doing so achieve both our individual and collective dreams.

How can I help?

I help you to address your health issues, rediscover the vitality and flow in your life and reconnect with your healing potential.

I deliver professional development courses for shiatsu and bodywork practitioners to help develop your unique value so that you in turn can share your gifts and make your difference in the world. I also offer private shiatsu and healing bodywork sessions, talks and workshops. I am the former Director of the British School of Shiatsu-Do in Nottingham and a registered teacher with the Shiatsu Society UK, MRSS(T), and the British School of Shiatsu-Do, London. I have studied with many teachers but my main inspiration and the guiding principle behind my work has been the work of Saul Goodman, founder of Shiatsu ShinTai.

If you would like to discuss how I can support you, or for further information I would love to hear from you. Please contact me.
